Valérie Malagoli-Pache obtained her law degree from the University of Geneva in 2003 and was admitted to the bar in May 2005 after having completed her internship with Mr. Jacques Barillon. She then continued to work for Mr. Jacques Barillon as an associate for eight years, specialising in judicial matters, in particular in criminal and civil law, pleading regularly before the courts of Geneva and Vaud, but also in the other French-speaking cantons.
She then worked as an associate at Pirker+Partner from November 2013 to May 2016. From 2014 to 2018, she also worked as an assessor judge at the Leases & Rents Court in Geneva.
In parallel to her activity as a lawyer, Valérie Malagoli-Pache studied at the Institut des Hautes Etudes en Criminologie in Paris where she obtained her certificate in criminology in 2008. This training led her to acquire specific knowledge in the fields of criminal psychology, victimology, forensic medicine and forensics.
In June 2016, Valérie Malagoli-Pache joined forces with Mrs. Aude Longet-Cornuz to found the law firm LCPH avocats, which operated until December 2021.
Valérie Malagoli-Pache, a native of Vaud and having lived in Nyon all her childhood, decided to return to her origins and to settle in the canton of Vaud, in Nyon, as of 1 January 2022, where she founded the firm VMP Avocats.
